Our Mahurangi Bees are the creators of our coastal blend raw honey, hives situated above Martins Bay and surrounded by native Pohutukawa (NZ Christmas tree) and Manuka trees. The Pohutukawa nectar is almost clear and creates an extremely light amber coloured honey. This, mixed with other coastal natives and flora creates a delicate sweeter honey with subtle salty after taste.Single origin - unheated - lightly filtered raw honey
